| We are happy to ship to qualified buyers in other countries. We have done this for years but it has become increasinly challanging. Due to the cost of postage and the extra man hours needed to complete the international forms, the above surcharge is necessary to process your order. Please note the following:
- Each overseas transaction is individually reviewed. If fraud is suspected the order will not be shipped.
- Insurance will be placed on all overseas shipments. However, if there is a problem of damage,loss, or breakage you must notify your local postal service in writing and send a copy to me. Without this the US postal service will not pay a claim. It has been my experience that damage claims can take 6 months to be processed. At that time you will be reimbursed.
